Shipping Policy
We are a UK based company and offer standard delivery (2-3 working days) within the UK, as well as shipping to EU countries. We can ship internationally but any duty/customs charges will need to be paid by the customer on delivery of the item.
We post Monday to Friday and we aim to send out any orders made before 2pm on the same day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

EU POSTAGE - £6.50 - International Standard (Approx. 5-7 days)
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE (EXC. USA) - £13.50 - International Tracked (Approx. 7-10 days)
USA POSTAGE - £16.00 - International Tracked (Approx. 7-10 days)
FREE WORLDWIDE POSTAGE ON ORDERS OVER £100 - International Tracked (Approx. 7-10 days)
*PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES SHOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN 5-10 DAYS BUT DELAYS AT DESTINATION COUNTRIES MAY LEAD TO IT TAKING LONGER. EU DELIVERY IS SENT VIA STANDARD DELIVERY WHICH IS NOT TRACKED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TRACKED DELIVERY PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE CAN GIVE YOU A PRICE.

Lost/missing parcels:
Any UK parcels which have not arrived within 21 working days, and which our tracking shows have not been delivered, can be resent at our cost or will be eligible for a full refund.
Any European/International
which have not arrived within 28 working days, and which our tracking shows have not been delivered, can be resent at our cost or will be eligible for a full refund.
Unfortunately we cannot send a full refund until after those dates as the items may still arrive.
All delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. Delays due to holidays, Christmas or unforeseen circumstances may occur, although we will always try our best to ensure your items are packaged, posted and delivered within the stated time. As we work with third party delivery services, such as Royal Mail, unfortunately some delays are out of our hands.
