Shipping policy

We are a UK based company and offer standard delivery within the UK. We can ship internationally but please note there may be additional duty/customs charges plus a handling fee which will need to be paid by the customer on delivery of the item.

We post Monday to Friday and we aim to send out any orders made before 1pm on the same day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders under £50 - Royal Mail 48 hour (Approx. 2-3 days) - £3.99

Orders over £50 - Royal Mail 48 hour (Approx. 2-3 days) - FREE

Please note that delivery times are approximate and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within those timeframes as we do not have any control over the postal service and there may be delays due to strikes, adverse weather, busy times of the year etc.

EU POSTAGE

*Due to Brexit there may be delays as a result of extra customs. Additional taxes and handling fees may also be added once the item arrives in your home country although we are IOSS registered so you should not be charged VAT/TAXES

*PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES SHOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN 5-10 DAYS BUT DELAYS AT DESTINATION COUNTRIES MAY LEAD TO IT TAKING LONGER. EU DELIVERY IS SENT VIA STANDARD DELIVERY WHICH IS NOT TRACKED.

Lost/missing parcels:

Any UK parcels which have not arrived within 21 working days, and which our tracking shows have not been delivered, can be resent at our cost or will be eligible for a full refund.

Any European/International which have not arrived within 28 working days, and which our tracking shows have not been delivered, can be resent at our cost or will be eligible for a full refund.

Unfortunately we cannot send a full refund until after those dates as the items may still arrive.

All delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. Delays due to holidays, Christmas or unforeseen circumstances may occur, although we will always try our best to ensure your items are packaged, posted and delivered within the stated time. As we work with third party delivery services, such as Royal Mail, unfortunately some delays are out of our hands.
