Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns and can offer a refund up to 30 days after your purchase. And as we know babies do not always arrive on time, or that breastfeeding journeys may not go as planned, we are happy to add an additional 2 months for exchanges or credit notes so we accept returns for exchanges up to 90 days.
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges on orders outside the UK but we can offer refunds up to 45 days after purchase for international orders (which allows for extra postage time).

We aim to process all refunds/exchanges within 48 hours (excluding weekends), although it may take 5-7 days for a refund to show on your account.
If you have any issues with the returns portal, you can return your parcel manually from any post provider.
** We offer free exchanges to UK customers but all returns for refunds will be charged a return postage fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
*Please note we do not offer refunds on international shipping costs. All international postage costs are non-refundable.
